AUCOTEC Norway AS is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team at our new office in Fornebu, Norway.

Your responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting our customers
- Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, order processing, invoicing and their follow-up
- Maintenance of article and master data in the ERP system and general administration
- Contact person and support for our sales force in the field
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in internal sales
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Goal-oriented, structured, independent and transparent working style
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Strong Communication skills
- Team-oriented with a confident and professional manner
- Very good written and spoken Norwegian and good English skills
