Your responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of service assignments (installations, initial briefings)
  • Performance diagnostics in the application and in the network
  • Hardware/infrastructure recommendations in complex IT environments
  • Clearly understanding customers’ problems and efficiently devising solutions using our products
  • Providing technical user support by telephone for new and existing customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by offering expert, solution-focused advice

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree or IT training
  • Practical experience, preferably in one of the following fields:
    • Plant / mechanical engineering
    • Process industry
    • Power generation or power distribution
    • Automotive, special vehicles and rail vehicles
  • Experience in IT projects required, e.g. as IT consultant
    • IT infrastructure
    • Cloud computing
    • Mobile apps
    • Remote Desktop & Citrix XenApp
    • Virtualized environments
    • Systematic and analytical approach
  • Confident, goal-oriented manner and ability to work to deadlines as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS applications, ideally SQL Server/SSMS and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of network and system administration is desirable
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
