Purpose of data collection, data processing or data use

AUCOTEC AG develops and sells software tools with the corresponding services, oriented to the life cycle of electrical as well as measuring and control technology machines and plants. AUCOTEC software products are used worldwide for planning and running electrical engineering installations. 

The collection, processing and use of personal data is earmarked exclusively for carrying out these business purposes.

Employee and in-house data for meeting the objectives mentioned under 5.
Customer and supplier data within the fulfillment of the contract
Address data of interested parties, members of the press and other persons associated with the company

Recipients of the data or recipient categories

  • Public authorities in cases of overriding legal provisions
  • External institutions and in-house technical departments for meeting the business purposes mentioned above
  • External contractors according to § 11 BDSG

Standard periods for deletion of the data

Upon expiration of the various legal provisions for data retention, the data is deleted as a matter of routine. If data do not fall under these provisions, it is deleted as soon as the objectives mentioned under no. 5 do no longer apply.

Envisaged data transmission to third countries (outside the EU)

For handling processes within the scope of the business objectives, data is transmitted to authorities, subsidiaries, customers and suppliers in various countries according to the appropriate international directives and the regulations of the BDSG.
