Current standards in electrical engineering

New way of thinking: IEC standards as the basis for international cooperation

IEC standards 81346 and 61355 have long officially replaced the old DIN 40719. If you come into contact with the international market, you must plan according to the current IEC standards. This is associated with completely new, more flexible structures and a close alignment to the possibilities of modern CAE systems.

The focus of this training is on the symbol layout, classifications and structuring principles of the new standards, which also apply to architecture and mechanical engineering. But also the consequences for the application as well as for CAE systems are examined.

Target group

You know the standards DIN 40900 and DIN 40719 and want to get an overview of the current international standards. No prior CAE knowledge is required.
