As a software company for the business-to-business (B2B) sector, AUCOTEC works primarily on three fronts: technological innovation, sales and consulting. Our need for software developers, product specialists and account managers is greatest.

AUCOTEC was founded in April 1985 and since then we have been growing both nationally and internationally. Even though we have existed for over 30 years, AUCOTEC is and remains an authentic company with highly motivated employees who enjoy their work. As a team we want to shape the future of AUCOTEC and achieve our goals.

Each department has its own special team meetings that are not just for technical issues but also team cohesion and motivation. So there may be breakfast together, bowling, curling or office golf. Coffee, water and tea are provided as a matter of course at AUCOTEC.

Our AUCOTEC table football team is always happy to have new members. Every year they take part in various business tournaments. AUCOTEC runners are always there at company runs, which take place several times a year.
During the Christmas period we invite all AUCOTEC employees from all over Germany to a magnificent Christmas party.
