After the installation of the Microsoft Security Update KB925902 some applications don't work anymore. An error message saying: "...user32.dll moved..."C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx"..." is issued.
CAUSE
This issue is caused by an Microsoft update.
SOLUTION
There is a hotfix (KB 935448) from Microsoft available, that fixes this issue. Install the hotfix from the following link: KB 935448
