The Advantages of AUCOTECview
AUCOTECview uses electro-technical documentation in the PDF format for service and maintenance jobs in mechanical engineering and plant construction. AUCOTECview is proven by an easy and clear access to the documentation via the "Explorer Representation" and additional navigation functions, for use in the case of separated representations of devices.
The shopping basket function permits access to all projected components of a machine or plant with the technical data and additional information and makes this information available as a "Spare Parts Catalog" which can then be sent via E-Mail or Fax.
By these means, AUCOTEC customers using the products ELCAD, RUPLAN and AUCOPLAN have a noticeable advantage: they can intensify and simplify their customer relationships and improve their connections in the fields of spare parts and service business.
Another outstanding feature is the automation interface which allows the remote control of the viewing tool. By means of external applications, e.g. diagnosis, monitoring or visualizing tools, you can directly "see" into a project. Single documents, input / output signals, components, terminals and cores can be used as call-up addresses; search times no longer occur.
For an overall information management, external documents of any format can be assigned to components, machines or plants and can be viewed. In this way, service staff are enabled to use AUCOTECview beyond the existing electro-technical application.
